~Choosing What Interests You~

You have poured yourself out to serve others. You know the rewards of that. Yet sometimes there is disassociation between what you have done and recognition you get for it. Of course that can be discouraging. Ingratitude is hard to bear unless one is truly above caring about the ego's satisfactions because busy caring about the world's welfare. Perhaps to feed the finches one has to feed the crows; to water the flowers, to water also the weeds. (Actually I kind of like the crows unless they crowd out the finches.)

There can be liberty and adventure. You can be where people rub elbows and find this exhilarating (although the elbow is not for many an erogenous zone). Those who like boating or beach pastimes may enjoy themselves thoroughly. People converge upon desirable destinations.

Dejection and sorrow, to the point of breakdown and poignancy, are possible for some, because the three strong oppositions of inner planets with Saturn continue. Perhaps there has been ruthlessness to the point of inhumanity. This, however, gives an opportunity to share kindness, for misery loves company. When you have had enough, you rise out of this sort of suffering toward taking command of the situation.

The weakness of people (and yourself) might be excused in this way: They and you are feeling open to anything and everything, and therefore do not want to plod along with routines dully. They want to be reassigned to something more exhilarating, with the moon conjoined to Neptune in Pisces. In fact, spiritual awareness could be intense while truths from on high visit. A wish may be granted.

You may recover something from your background, or the background of the human race. This could be through study or other avenues of information and inspiration. Fraternal orders, in the old days and maybe now, offer something like the wisdom of the past decked out in impressive and memorable social settings which make inroads into the ordinary petulance of the common man. 

The day is not without a career emphasis, plus research into business and financial methods. You care to keep your prosperity flourishing. It might be wise to ignore someone who would interrupt this reasonable self-fostering by making unreasonable demands on you. Virtue and kindness are wonderful, but not the counterfeit of them, which could be letting someone get away with theft of your time. If this is avoided, the day has harmonious, happy potentials of mutual outreaching.

Sun in Taurus and Moon in Pisces

A proud lion ramps through the jungle. A despondent man 

Puts his head in his hands, without a friend. A woman in pain

Studies a huge tome and gets relief. Two horses plough.

In furrows, seeds of a new age grow on sprinkled care.

~Advantages Appreciated~

Advantages are advantages, no matter what anyone thinks of them. You are rightly proud of them if you have used them well. They equip you to care for others in some way natural to your temperament.

The sadder side of things involves someone's suffering, as if tormented; Mercury opposed to Saturn (and Mars by a slightly larger orb) is a torturing or tormenting aspect, a need to face pain and overcome it in the best way possible. There is always a way. Then, salvation attained, there is cause for celebration.

Some will feel deserted by a friend who seems to withhold affection. One remedy for this is a public place such as a street, park, restaurant, sporting arena or club where common recreation shared directly or indirectly revives spirits. 

There is a wish to prepare the world (and oneself) for something better, a higher manifestation within humanity. Though the way to this is unclear on the mental plane, one can at least hope for it. One's way of trying for it may seem aimless and vacuous, as groping beginnings sometimes must be. (What is a word, phrase, or sentence which expresses this hoped-for development for you?)

The mysteries of nature including human nature (when studied, sometimes called science, but a freer less stringent approach of one's own may be preferable) are exalting. When partially grasped, they give a feeling that one is secure within oneself, and that in turn makes others feel trusting and friendly. The privacy of the quest then becomes social. A rich background of knowledge fosters contentment.

Justified pride is not haughtiness. With maturity comes a realization that taking care of one's world--home, clothing, money, yard, garden--is interesting, more than asserting oneself in an overly demanding manner. It brings hopes nearer. This could be a day of gain and fulfillment.
