~Communicating Facilitated (with Protesting and Dabbling)~

Although I'm not fond of the moon in Scorpio, this time it forms good aspects with the sun, Neptune and Pluto early in the period and with Mars later, while moving away from Saturn in late Libra, so I hope we will be breathing some sighs of relief. The fact that this is the beginning of a weekend also helps fortuitously. Scorpio can be a "looking back" sign for the moon, as is the Dark Hermetic Epoch into which we entered Wednesday, so you might find yourself dreaming of, evaluating, or deriving strength from the past and memories.

As for activity, there could be a lot of it about which you feel good because although repetitive, as if turning a wheel, it is continually interesting in fresh ways. This could include study, talking, writing, and other communication. You can assure yourself that what you do has an effect.

You may see into people, businesses, governmental processes, and anything which deserves investigation, without blinding yourself to any of what you see through sympathy or antipathy. That means your "detective" mode is in full sweep. Insights derived thus could shake a power structure or media empire.

Your business acumen seems to be getting better rather than worse, so keeping track of income and outgo can be enjoyable. You have been cautious about spending and still are, but could allow yourself to have a little fun with "mad money."

A lessening of inhibitions could lead you to indulge inclinations toward wholesome pleasures. (If unwholesome, you could pull back  before going over the brink.) There is sometimes a need to dabble with life.

The urge to protest whatever seems wrong or unjust is not absent. The T square of the sun and Pluto focusing on Uranus is intense. Cruelty of any kind is something the world is coming to tolerate less and less and we may hope it will be reduced everywhere and eliminated. Steps in that direction are being taken now and you could be one of those doing so or aiding the process.

(I noticed that this aspect by its field positions might have to do partly with medicine or medical needs and it happens that the Supreme Court decision on health care is due, not out as I write on Wednesday. Whatever it is, it will get all kinds of people and institutions moving in accord with the "triggering" function of the T square, the Supreme Court shooting a bullet [afflicted Uranus] into government machinery or else into the pockets of young people forced to buy health insurance.) (I am not weighing in with my opinion on this, since it is complex and this is not the place for it.) (As it turns out, the Court shot its bullet at the young people.)

Fortunately there are good people in powerful positions. This is something we tend to forget when we are legitimately protesting official unfairness. The point is that one can find people in power who will be sympathetic to one's cause, almost always, if one is assiduous in finding them.

Then, with or without their aid, one's own dominance can manifest in the area in which one has become skilled or expert.

There can be contented success, that is, a deserved resting on what one has attained in this life, or what one has been given by Grace (since spiritually there is no room for pride in any of us). A secure location and domicile is a great benefit, let us not forget. Ask any who live in war zones, or refugees.

To end on a happy note: Venus and Mars are beginning a wobbly trine with each other as of this period (by a ten-degree orb). This is always a good time in quite a few ways, not only for lovers. The trine lasts through July until August 7, but is "wobbly" because it never completes or consummates itself. Mars moves toward a slow (stationary as I write) Venus, but she gains speed and runs away from him! The saga of unfulfilled love continues, and the writers of sad or angry love songs will not go out of business.

Oh, I said "a happy note." Well, a trine is still a trine, a smile is still a smile, a sigh is still a sigh . . .
