}Genteel Eminence{An anchor unattached to any vessel lies
With its hook fast to a rock, the cable broken.
The process and end of things is very mysterious,
And control elusive. A large diamond not
Completely cut depends on human art and skill
For its value. What remains latent can yet be endowed
With dazzling, expanded significance. A venerable and kindly
Man of noble disposition rises to eminence in his
Sphere. Retiring early, he secures a green field
Surrounded by shrubberies, with a nice villa on the
North-east side. This is adequate for his needs so
He is disposed to contentment. What has seemed uncertain
Or perilous has become through virtue secure, while
Deeper cultural dimensions are ready to flourish.
