1 'Brilliant anticipations' could be 'too sanguine' according to Charubel, with disappointment in their train. This could reflect Luna's square with Neptune; however her later sextile with Jupiter could save the day. Some things feel premature at the beginning of a lunar month.
2 'A large portcullis guarding the entrance to a prison' sounds like the squares of Saturn with Uranus, and Mars with Jupiter, both strong in fixed signs. Seclusion and separateness may be one's lot, or stern necessity requiring one to move in narrow limits. Though one may feel naturally restrained, one does not have to be perverse or misanthropic.
3 'A widow's past is brought to light' through inward musing or even agony of soul. Sadness and ordeal are being cleared away. There are better chances ahead when one's attitude to life has been rectified.
4 Uranus (strongly aspected) can be a planet of revelation, acting something like 'an X ray.' There could be investigation of mysterious matters with effective fluorescent analysis.
5 'A white flag unfurled, with a red Maltese cross on it' is said by Charubel to indicate 'one of noble mind and pure intention.' Even if subject to suffering, the bearer of this flag 'eventually triumphs over all obstacles and vanquishes every puny foe.'
