Saturday 25th July 

The Current Mercury Cycles 

It's a good moment to pause and survey the current flow of Time on our planet. 

Mercury was retrograde from June 29th through July 23rd. Now we may feel we are climbing the stairs from a basement while brushing away cobwebs. There is gradual liberation from chaos and confusion. 

Yet the longer-lasting Dark or Slow Hermetic Epoch, incorporating the three-week retrograde cycle within it, began June 13th and lasts until August 7th. It might be termed Mercury Retrograde Lite. That planet is still moving very slowly. 

Then from August 7th through October 3rd we'll be in a Bright Hermetic Epoch of about two months. There are some challenging aspects during that period, but planning can be well articulated. (More later.) 

In an unusual planetary situation, the daily chart for Saturday shows five of the six planets employed to be in the same degrees they occupied on Friday. You might reread the Friday report. The new degree-symbol for Saturday is; "An old white-headed man surrounded by happy children." A long life is invested with the comforts of homely affection. There is a kind, benevolent and fatherly interest in those of tender years. The patient man is much beloved. The keyword is Guardianship.
