Friday played out more or less as expected. Some of you may feel that I went overboard in proclaiming the 16th-25 a CELEBRATORY period (without reference to the Inauguration which of course many did not celebrate at all). As indicated, I was using an experimental approach in addition to conventional transits of the planets with each other. Those conventional aspects give us Mars square Saturn, and now Venus squaring that "malefic" (in traditional astrological lingo). When we are depressed, we are responding to those aspects; when exalted, to the others. I found that both were going on on Friday. I was with a group of young marchers who went through downtown Seattle chanting and waving placards against the Trump presidency (most were high school and college students). The mood of course was sour at one level (Venus-Saturn), yet very determined (Mars-Saturn). At other levels, the Celebratory aspects were happening, for most were having a good time socially, sharing the exuberance of their anti-celebration, as it were. 

The same I found to be true of a few other individuals I had conversations with after the march-demonstration.

So that combination of opposite (yet complementary) trends is continuing through the weekend.

Now here is the complete forecast for the lunar Fortnight of January 19 to February 4, the Crescent (thin-moon) half of the lunar month: 

There is loyalty to enduring values, and to special individuals or groups who have been supportive in the past and deserve your support or attention in return. This has to do with career, but also with happy communication and friendship. There is uninhibited acting, without the restraints of convention. You can spend resources wisely to further group dimensions of joy and entertainment which open up human consciousness to shared freedom.

Making use of things in the light of one's own experience is both an achievement and a gift of the gods. They want to give us that gift this fortnight, through challenging us to maintain common sense when feeling deprived of anything, knowing that deprivation (of love or money) is the basis of pyramiding rewards which come through learning how to cope patiently. The limiting structures of reality are there for a reason, to benefit us even when we complain of them. So any absence of love or of money is just a clue that we can live without them (in the particular way we had hoped), to gain them again in some better way which we would not have thought of or planned. Giving some things up is a prelude to getting them back multiplied. Integrity is a thing that has to be learned by rising above temptation.

Inner consistency in one's own personality is enhanced through the world's cooperation. This you may expect in fullness if you just maintain your personal balance and psychological aliveness in the face of the things you are sensitive about. People share their wisdom and maturity. They give when the giving makes them aware of their competence, and that benefits you. Then you respond in kind. Friends surprisingly share their personalities with you, enriching you no matter how down you feel at first.

This can operate through reconciliations among people who are each highly individualistic and yet find the "other" enhancing their individualism. This has to go both ways to be lasting. Providing a service is met by someone providing a service for you. Friends wear veils, and yet at moments of incandescent joy there is laughter and mutual acceptance. All want to be masters of the world, but sense that to do that they need to accept the other's mastery in some realm as part of the deal. It can happen.

Like many of you, I am not happy about this particular Inauguration, and yet as an astrologer I have to say that Trump is coming in under many good auspices. The worst of them, from a daily viewpoint, is the Via Combusta (times above), which is never fatal, exactly, but always a warning signal that something deep and perhaps not yet understood is going on. The moon was in that 30-degree segment of the zodiac on the very day that the United States invaded Iraq, and we all know what a disaster that was for millions of people and the world at large and our (in this case benighted) country. The moon was in that segment on three different days of my life which were profoundly significant, and yet on two of those I believe I made serious mistakes. On the third, Fate was merely impossible to evade, it would seem, and I made the best of it through prayer and spiritual consecration.

That may be what we need now, rather than parades of protest.

However, the aspects other than the Via Combusta do indicate Celebration, as I have been pointing out, and even more today because of Luna's trines with Neptune, Venus and Mars and her sextiles with Mercury and Pluto. I believe that those who are angry that Trump is becoming President without winning the popular vote will nevertheless find themselves enjoying this occasion, simply because their opposition to him is linking them with "birds of a feather" in a sort of anti-celebration which could be jubilant in its own way. Still, it is always good to be careful or prudent along the Via Combusta.

As for Donald Trump himself, the planets were in much more exalting positions for him at the time of the election than they are today, which leads me to surmise that he may be less thrilled with the prospect of being President for four years than he was then.

We are in a seemingly self-contradictory period, when the Monthly Directions I have touted as giving us CELEBRATION from January 16-25 are contradicted by the transit of Mars square Saturn, which is one of the hardest aspects in astrology. It is not harshness so much as it is just quiet effort. It has been said that lens-grinders, or those who work with metal-on-metal, are born with charts with this aspect in them. It is grating and demanding, but when one faces one's challenges and keeps up with them it is gratifying. One has achieved something! Even if no one else knows or cares, one knows.

So this "hard grit" aspect is mingling with the beautiful, glorious Celebratory aspects and we can do both---get our work done in a way which makes us proud, and have time left for sheer exhilaration.

The fortnightly chart for the period beginning today and ending on Friday February 3 is also a mixed bag, elucidated as follows:

I mentioned yesterday how I guessed Judy Collins's sign (Taurus) through just listening to her singing. Today the same happened, almost, when I listened to Buddy Greco, who passed on last week. I did not recall ever having heard him. His powerful voice said to me, "Earth signs," and I guessed Capricorn or Taurus. When I looked him up I saw he was in fact Leo, but with Mars in Taurus. Taurus is the sign of the voice, to a very large degree (although some singers of course have no planets in that sign). Mars there, in his case, gave him a booming, attention-getting vocal virility. 

Then I listened to a recent album by Conor Oberst. You might remember him as the Bright Eyes singer, which was in his salad days as a teenager, and to me unforgettable. The Ruminations album of 2016 is new to me, and I just heard one song from it which is reminiscent of his earlier singing (though he is now 36). What is remarkable to me is the quavering or quivering voice. It is very touching, often (he has Venus in Pisces); it sounds almost weak or vulnerable, demanding a sympathetic response. I am glad he has not lost it. Do you know the symbol for Aquarius, the two wavy lines? His voice sounds just like that---it quavers or quivers---and he was born with both the sun and the moon in Aquarius (February 15, 1980). 

A key to enjoying this period, including the controversial inauguration day of Friday, is getting one's work done (Mars square Saturn) first and then enjoying the Celebratory aspects which are blessing us through the weekend and into next week.

}Questioned yet Real Favorable Momentum{

I am risking three stars, despite the Via Combusta, because of some general trends. It's a borderline day which could be depressing, then exalting, but I think most will feel buoyed upward rather than downward.

There are pleasures and entertainments at home, or in the home of a friend or someplace comfortable in the community.

There is interest in factors or people at a distance which is both professional and youth-oriented.

People are going through quite a lot of suffering, and work, and yet their orientation is becoming increasingly CELEBRATORY, as pointed out previously---and that has nothing to do with Donald Trump's inauguration on Friday (unless you are  one of the few reading these reports who is happy about his presidency). (I am trying to remain open-minded, because I see that he is restricted by his horoscope, as all are, and can do nothing it does not permit him to do, and yet that that horoscope, like any---yours or mine---is susceptible of expansion beyond ordinary limits, and so I wish that for him and for the country.) 

At present, thought about the Presidency, and Trump, is preliminary, and that is reflected in the daily charts. On the 20th (Friday), energy goes into the 10th House or house of the "superior leader" or governor and that would be natural for this interval in which someone (whether Hillary or Donald or anyone) has to become President. The people have made their choice, and now the karma sets in. Good or bad or neutral---more likely, a mingling of good and bad---we shall have our individual and collective opportunities to respond to it in a way which promotes goodness in the long run. Therefore, I have to see the inauguration as neutral; that is, some will be appalled by it, others will celebrate it, yet I have declared the mood of the world to be CELEBRATORY until the 26th, and so I think even those very unhappy with Trump's ascendancy will find something to celebrate. Perhaps it will be that they now are firming up their opposition to whatever they see as wrong in his attitudes and policies. Perhaps it will be that they see that he is not as likely to do horrendous things as they had assumed he would. At any rate, it is a good time for all, on both sides of the issues, to get things in better perspective and perhaps in HARMONY. I know that seems like an idealistic dream, but we can hope and try.

It is amazing how much one can see about people from their horoscopes, even from just their sun-signs, though for a clearer and more precise understanding one needs to know moon sign, Venus sign, Mars sign, Jupiter and Saturn sign, and ascendant (if one knows the person's birthtime; otherwise one can manage without this last). 

A while back I decided to listen to some music by Judy Collins, with whom I was not very familiar except for her most famous songs. I started listening to an album and thought, "Taurus. She has a sweet Taurus voice." Taurus is an earth sign; it also rules the throat; and is the sign of Venus. Taurus individuals (whether the sun is there or the moon or rising sign or a combination of planets) can have wonderful, mellifluous voices. I choose that word "mellifluous" very carefully. So, having made that estimate of Judy Collins, I got online and Googled her birthdate, and in fact she is Taurus by sun-sign (May 1, 1939). She also has the planet Uranus in that sign, with the sun.  I was pleased that I had guessed correctly, because it shows how valid astrology really is. 

I feel sorry for those who do not know the sun-signs, and the moon-signs, and hopefully other factors, in the charts of those they know, love, hate, or are interested in for any reason. To know this expands the mind and it is real and not imaginary knowledge. How could I have felt so certainly that Judy Collins was Taurus, by just listening to her singing, unless astrology were valid?

That of course is not the first time this has happened. Or the last. Today, in fact, I was reading in the Wall Street Journal about the man who, in Davos, Switzerland, is more or less representing Donald Trump at the World Economic Forum. Says the Journal:  "Anthony Scaramucci—hedge-fund showman, conference organizer, Trump confidant—is a Davos habitué. This year, he is also the new administration’s ambassador to the global elite."

Something about his photograph struck me. Here it is: http://www.wsj.com/articles/trump-represents-last-great-hope-for-globalism-adviser-anthony-scaramucci-says-in-davos-1484671450  I studied his face and thought, "Uncle Speck:  Aquarius!" My Uncle Speck was an Aquarian, born around 1920 in Michigan, of German ancestry; while Scaramucci was born in Long Island in 1964, of Italian ancestry. Yet I saw something of my Uncle Speck in Scaramucci and thought immediately: "Aquarius!" It was in his face. So I immediately googled him; and he was born on January 6, 1964. Someone unfamiliar with astrology might think "Oh, you were wrong, he was Capricorn!" First, that would be ignoring that Capricorn and Aquarius are both, according to the ancient astrologers, ruled by Saturn, and so are similar. They are the two predominant "winter signs" in the Northern Hemisphere. Second, it would be ignoring the even more important fact that Scaramucci was born with both Venus and Saturn in Aquarius. Since we use only ten planets in astrology (including the sun and moon, calling them planets since ancient times despite the current astronomical classification of them as stars for the sun and moons for the moon), to have been born with two planets, one fifth of the total,  in one particular sign of the twelve is a big thing, emphasizing that sign. Scaramucci is indeed an "Aquarian" in a large sense, and I picked this up merely from his photo. Voila! Astrology is so real you can cut it with a knife. I pity those so benighted as to think it a superstition.

We have a lot to do today, Wednesday, but we will be happy doing it, and feel that we are getting on top of our chosen profession, project, daily hobby or interest. That is a good, rewarding feeling, no matter how many minor obstacles intrude upon us. They are merely signals that we are in fact doing things, moving things around in our world, which is one thing we as human beings are called upon to do as part of our destiny. Mars continues to square Saturn, a challenge to keeping on trucking, but things are getting better, and I think you will see that even today, and especially by the weekend.

There is a desire for private pleasures, without interference. Also, philosophy, religion, and publications or study are emphasized, with the Part of Fortune in the 9th sector. 

Mars square Saturn has been with us and remains, requiring much of us. It can lead to harshness, separativeness, insubmissiveness, estrangement. And yet the CELEBRATORY period predicted is upon us, much more than yesterday. I think you will see this becoming true for you. Then you will find that the Mars-Saturn aspect becomes concentrated willpower and earnest work leading eventually to success. It might require some aloneness in order to gain traction apart from interference. But this ends finally in feelings of shared fulfillment.

It seems mostly an "off" day. True, it has been designated by me as the first of ten CELEBRATORY days, and I stick with that forecast. However, the rest of that period is likely to be better than today, which requires us to keep up with things in a serious manner. Sexual matters or "affairs of the heart" are likely to be at a standstill, although there are signs of later improvement. It is better to hold off from pursuing anyone, even in thought or imagination, for the forces of lust (rather than love) seem to hold sway. Of course, "purusing" means in a lustful, selfish manner. Trying to be kind to someone is of course favorable. 

Friendship, study, and investigation are good, although the friendship is of a calculating sort. It's a matter of firming up your hopes through solid effort in a patient manner.

There is some confusion and perhaps even a sense of illness. It is better to let things be than to chase demons or will-o'-the-wisps. 

Still, the reasons why I designated this ten-day period (January 16-25) as CELEBRATORY are in fact with us. You may be able to look beyond any temporary downside of things to that wonderful upside, which is sure to be coming soon if not today. There are signals of it if you let yourself become alert to them.

This is the bright half of the lunar month while the moon is gibbous or fat, increasing for a week until the Full (11th-12th) and then decreasing for a week until the next dark or crescent fortnight begins on the 19th (mid-day). 

One's natural drive toward success meets with impediments, slowness, backwardness, and yet one is getting at certain unique factors in oneself which can contribute to success ultimately. One feels imprisoned while working, yet the work can lead to ultimate freedom. Opinions vary, and you have to be free to believe in and express your own. Ultimately you can do this without antagonizing everyone. There are childish-acting people around you who can waste your time. Yet they show you what humanity is at present, helping you learn to be a part of it in your own way. 

Good judgment may seem hard to come by, yet it is with you implicitly. You have enough integrity to refrain from jumping ahead too quickly into things which require more time and patience. We are orienting ourselves to both the past and the future during this fortnight, all of it within the Dark Hermetic Epoch of Mercury's relatively slow motion. So we will see that it takes time to develop perfect judgment of practical factors. We learn through experience, or trial and error, and must not be dismayed by the error because it is our teacher. You may share what you learn with friends without any arrogance. Some of what you are learning has career and business implications which are remarkable and shrewd though not fully realized yet. Earning a living may seem tedious and disadvantageous and yet when you keep at it you are strengthened throughout your being.

Your consistent personality is linked with people against whom you have to knock in order to find yourself and find more interesting ways of interacting with them. You may get ahead of yourself, eating too much, seeking too much escape or sheer pleasure, and avoiding work in a way which makes superiors reel. But reconciliations are possible. You may sense, when people disagree or collide, that there is an equivalence at work---that both are wrong and both are right in some way. So you develop personality by bouncing with the clash, to the point of being above it in order to use it successfully while expanding personal charisma as you meet differences.

The "trial and error" of life which is a necessity for us to remain alive could be mostly error for a while, in appearance. Mars and Jupiter are stirring each other up, which can be excitation of enthusiasms spinning in directions which do not add up to profit in any definite value-scheme. However, the experience is an experience, and it makes us interested in others' struggles also. Budgeting could seem chaotic. Entertainment at home could be thrilling at times, and then in afterview one wonders what was gained. But ultimately there is stabilization in job or career routines, as Mercury regains poise after the 8th. People become more friendly when they feel their basic energies and ambitions are sustainable. Gambles or games might prove stimulating.

Venus conjoined to Neptune could be erotic aberrations, or platonic love in artistic settings. At a higher level it suggests mass action, or being sensitive to the needs of all humanity. One gains tangibly through welfare activities which benefit others. This may be selfless in sentiment, though gainful in reality. It is friendliness shared among beneficent smiling personalities. It brings a broader realization to one's work. One does not feel imprisoned when aiding others to feel less imprisoned. This can be through cheer, humor, and entertainment in a family-community setting.

Uranus opposite Jupiter is antsy, wanting unlimited freedom to be oneself and express whatever has been suppressed. Any partner is likely to be feeling his or her need for freedom, and one has to accommodate that in order to have one's own freedom. In the world of communication and opinions, the latter are sharp and felt as keys to liberty, so not modified easily. Any illness or discomfort is likely to be a result of an intense, nervous need to eliminate boundaries (when some of those may be necessary to well-being). One may feel one has to give oneself a "restraining order" in regard to someone to whom one feels strong attraction. What gets the other person going, stimulated, alive, has to be recognized and accommodated if there is not to be a schism accompanied by fireworks. How does she sing, and what is he singing? It's a different song from yours. If you appreciate that, things get better. 

Many issues will be resolved by focusing on practical order in one's life (a T square focused on the sun and Pluto in Capricorn)---so if that is a constant, a thread running through everything else, things should go well.

Then, from more recent studies: The period January 8-15 is DISCOMBOBULATING, with the remedy being a process of UNTANGLING. The period January 16-25 is CELEBRATORY (and that has nothing to do with the fact that the presidential inauguration falls within it, except for those who are happy with that). Let us hope we will be on a firm footing then, with a lot of happy coinicidences, synchronicities and agreements swirling around us. We may well use the perhaps disturbing weekend to get ourselves prepared for that.

The report posted yesterday (Thursday) remains in effect and there is not a lot to add to it. Likewise, the report posted last Friday for the current Fortnight ending on the 19th (next Thursday, the day before the presidential inauguration, as it turns out). 

I heard someone on the BBC today say that Donald Trump "changes his mind with the wind." That is a colorful, apt, and exact statement, since Trump was born with four planets in air signs (a preponderance of air), and two of those planets, the sun and Jupiter (in Gemini and Libra respectively) are in an exact, less than one degree, trine. This is luck, and luck through communication, as in "the art of the deal" and Twitter tweets, and saying whatever comes to him in a way which seems to win approval from enough folks to keep him going and in power no matter what others more critically judge about it. The "whatever comes to him" can of course "change with the wind" but so far this has been working mostly in his favor. I am not looking forward into his progressions or making any predictions, just stating what is already evident and that it fits with his natal horoscope. It is, to say the least, interesting. 

I doubt that it would help much to try to define more exactly the DISCOMBOBULATION going on now and until Monday the 16th. It is very evident in my own life and must be in yours; otherwise maybe you should not be reading these reports because they are not clicking with your own situation. Things can work out; it is not a tragic time; it is just often disconcerting and one can get diverted into side paths easily. Things and people disappoint. Who in your life did not disappoint you in the past few days? That person is very valuable to you. That person is a jewel for you. 

I may be accused of tossing pie into the sky for my prediction that the 16th-25th will be a wonderful time, but we shall see. It has nothing essentially to do with Trump and politics, although since the inauguration comes then we will probably recollect it in connection with that. This strange period before it (January 8th-15th as reported in yesterday's and Wednesday's messages) includes:

• Disconcerting disagreements and misunderstandings
• Dreams which seem enticing but then may seem to lead nowhere at all, leaving one with a sense of wonderment and perplexity

• Searches, through the Internet or other technology, for culprits or demons or hidden, secret problems or scandals
• Intelligence issues, as in the CIA and FBI interrogations, reviews, and corroded reputations we are becoming more familiar with by the day (Comey, Assange, Trump, Putin, Christopher Steele, on and on)
• Technology issues or glitches which are irritating
• Questions of freedom for oneself versus obligations to others or groups
• Questions of mysterious goings-on in foreign nations involving research, secrets, spying or intelligence
• Disagreements about religion and philosophy at an international level
• Questions of sexuality, attraction, frustrated attraction, deception, and disappointment in love, perhaps being "jilted" or feeling one has jilted someone
• Uncertainty about someone important to you on an interpersonal level: Is he or she speaking the truth or being deceptive, on the level or not, or is it just impossible to figure her or him out?

All this is the DISCOMBOBULATION I have made the keyword for the January 8-15 period. Its cure is patient UNTANGLING.

We shall see if my prediction of an exhilarating, fulfilling time for the 16th-25th is accurate or not: a time of CELEBRATING.

~Discombobulation before Celebration~

It's dicey. I mean this time, today, and the rest of this week. But better things are coming: Hang on, past the next paragraph where I discuss techniques, or just skip that part if it bores you. 

You may be weary of me telling you over and over that I am improving my methods. But I am. Sometimes a method I discovered years ago goes into abeyance for a while, even though I believed it true, while I explore other methods which seem equally true. Eventually they sort themselves out, because it is definitely true that although astrologers can and do invent all kinds of techniques which are highly questionable---seeming to work in some instances, failing in others---it is possible to find techniques which work all the time. That has been my goal for 60 years and I get closer every year, sometimes every month. The latest is the best. But I do not have time to explain it all here, nor would most readers understand what I am saying, so it is better to save all that for a book. The book is delayed because I do not want to share methods which are half-baked! Now I believe I have some which are wholly baked! And this ain't pie in the sky.

Or maybe it is, because it's wonderful.

Anyway: Yes, the forecast I posted last Friday, using the Fortnightly method, is, I believe, accurate, within the limits of human language and my own admittedly limited understanding. 

But there is more. Another method I call the Monthly Directions and discovered more than thirty years ago has come to the fore, with more research, as a real winner. Using that, I said yesterday that this week, through Sunday the 15th, is peculiar or challenging but that the following ten days, January 16th through 25th, should be quite wonderful.

All predictions have their limits and loopholes, but I think you will find this one accurate and helpful.

I describe January 8th through 15th as DISCOMBOBULATED, to use a keyword. Things bounce around; some things seem to be out of place, broken, or needing extreme patience while they are sorted out. An example was the first press conference of President-elect Trump this morning (Wednesday as I write). Ordinarily I do not have the radio on at that hour, but something told me to pop it on and I heard the whole thing. Discombobulated? Indeed! You could hear it for yourself (no doubt it's on YouTube and other places). I am not saying this was entirely Trump's fault, nor the media's fault, although each would blame the other. Nor is it the planets' fault! It is a "working through" process which the planets symbolize. It is Final Cause (the Divine Will or Purpose) working out through Formal Cause (of which astrology is the science) into Efficient and Material Cause (these last two include Trump's finances, his family's managing of them, his relations with Russia, Russia's hacking, or not, of the American election process, and the enormously complicated stew of proposals and counter-proposals for a "reform" of a medical system which seems to be a perennial political football). 

Here I deal with Formal Cause (leaving Final Cause to G*d except insofar as I surmise it) and must say that whether you are on the side of Trump or the skeptics or in the middle, what is happening now in politics is symbolic of what is happening in our individual lives. DISCOMBOBULATED. What that means it that things need to be taken apart before they can be put together. Disagreements are part of it, but also missing facts or information or communications which would mend things or put them back together again, but need themselves to be put together first.  Think of this 8-day period as one of UNTANGLING, as if you were doing it for a kitten in a ball of yarn. Except that the kitten is you.

So, it is not so bad after all: It is just things that need to be done. However, there is this caveat: There will also be things which do not need to be done, interfering with those that do need to be done. So that is more untangling, or rather, refraining from tying knots to other strings which do not need to be in the mix at all. I would guess that many are finding themselves doing this, but too late, so that it means more tangles to untangle.

I hope this is helpful. I am putting into words what I see in this amazing set of aspects. 

What then, in the ensuing 10-day period, January 16th (Monday) through 25th? Let's call it CELEBRATORY. To those who are upset by Donald Trump's assumption of the Presidency during this period, I say:   Even you will be celebrating, but for different reasons than his followers. Maybe you will feel that things are not as bad as you thought, or maybe you will not care much for now because other wonderful things in your life push out thoughts of politics or put them in perspective so you don't worry about them. 

Of course, those who believe in Trump will be celebrating big-time, and it should be a fantastic party for them. Those who are doing anti-celebrations may also have a very good time in their own way. Gearing up for a fight can be thrilling and exalting when done in common with boon companions, and many in center-left politics will be feeling that.

I will say more about the goodness in this period as we go along. For now:  It succeeds on many levels, not just one. It promises love, or as much love as you are capable of enjoying right now, as well as efficiency in doing things and a growing certainty about your goals and ways of attaining them. One caveat: The coming Bright Hermetic Epoch does not begin until the 27th, two days after this period ends. So some of what you see and do, on an exalted level, may be a little premature, and yet not so premature as to be foolish. Rather, it gives you the thrill of being at the doorstep of something wonderful. And that is cause for celebration.

The forecast for this fortnight was posted last Friday.

My opinion based on complex calculations is that the best part of this month will be the 16th through the 25th, a ten-day stretch. The beginning of it is next Monday. Before then we are working out potentialities. That is not bad but requires a lot of industry and patience. So while we complete this week's efforts we can look forward to rewards, benefits and pleasures next week. That it happens to be the week of the new U. S. President's inauguration is coincidental. I believe that both those who love Mr. Trump and those who despise him will have a good time, for differing reasons. The latter may find their protesting anti-inauguration activities exciting and fulfilling, with a party component. Others who mostly ignore the hoopla will have a good time because of other factors in their lives straightening out smoothly and happily, even in a remarkably satisfying and pleasing manner.

Mercury turned direct early on Sunday morning, but the Dark Hermetic Epoch continues until the 27th. It is a lesser version of Mercury Retrograde. For many it is not as problematic, yet if one is a patient, accurate observer one will find many of the same MR problems happening, but also many of the MR advantages such as deeper insight into the past, into one's inner self, and the ultimate meaning of one's life. These are "inner" rather than "outer" benefits, as it were. There is no reason to delay outer movement or the initiation of plans or projects, and yet one may find that there are still details to be worked out, or that "the devils in the details" still need to be expunged one at a time.
