What I would say to comfort you is: No, you are not "losing it." Symptoms of the backward Mercury, whose keyword is Mind, may appear in the guise of something like dementia. Don't believe it! You can REgain your bearings. Life's events being out-of-pattern is natural at these times. Go deeper into your soul's ethical-spiritual integrity. 1 The keyword Orphanage is derived from the symbol "a nest of young unfledged birds lying on the ground." Whatever our age we may feel "bereft of parents and guardians." (Such as Epstein's girls?) Yet gradually we can get our bearings and learn to fly. 2 "A man strangling a fowl" is cruel and cowardly, taking advantage of the weak and defenseless. There is social and romantic self-renewal, with an insatiable appetite for enlarged experience. Ties with others are made, broken, and perhaps remade.
